Do you use ftp-mode?
If not, try turn on and setting it in global configuration of site.

What does means "don't work"?
Do you have the same problem or thumbnails aren't created?
If you upload files to server by ftp, which permissions they have?

The same problem... thumbnails are created at chmod 600.
When I up a file by ftp, the file have a 644 permission.

Yes my friend, it worked. Can you tell me what has changed? Because I believe it is some setting in the Host, because I have a module generating files chmod 600 too.
